Morgan, Bruce, and some Cake | Virginia Beach First Anniversary Session

You've seen these two crazy kids grace the blog many times, so Morgan and Bruce need no introduction. Morgan emailed me a few months ago and said she wanted to book a First Anniversary session where she and Bruce eat their top layer of wedding cake. Immediately, I got excited because they are just two amazingly kind-hearted people AND they're breaking out of the box and into trendsetter lifestyle land! :) Oh, and I knew their top layer of cake was gluten-free. (Remember, Bruce and I are pretty much twins. We both share food intolerance issues as well as uncanny personality traits. lol)

Morgan and Bruce brought in details-- such as napkins, plates, and champagne bottle (Barefoot Bubbly because they were married on the beach!)-- that alluded to her wedding day colors: teal and coral. They brought their wedding day serving utensils to cut the cake with and enjoyed just an intimate portrait session of just the two of them.

Just to exemplify her loving heart for others, she gave me the flowers from the session afterwards... "just because." Seriously. I have the best friends EVER.
